- Have a look around your room. If it's dirty... clean it! It's a reflection of your life. Apply some Feng Shui tips to your life and Zen out.
- Smudge sage around the house.
- Clean out your pantry and fridge. Replace junk foods with healthy goods that build your body, not destroy it.
- Make a Future Life smoothie. You're promised to feel like the hulk.
- Add multi-vitamins to your life.
- Burn incense and just relax. Let your thoughts drift. Relax your muscles and your mind.
- Listen to Tibetan Incantations.
- Stretch.
- Get all five components of physical fitness (cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength, muscle endurance, flexibility, body composition) into your weekly workout routine.
- Take a walk. Go nowhere slowly.
- Ride a bike.
- Swing on a swing.
- Take a shower. Alternate between the hot and cold end of the temperature gauge throughout its duration. You'll come out gleaming at the end, with your brain cells popping from the release of endorphins. The experience will invigorate your senses.

- Word vomit onto a page. Burn the evidence or keep it, it's up to you.
- Speak to someone about your issues.
- Tell the truth.
- Purchase a slate with markers and erasers. Write up all kinds of things and scribble (you can always erase the bull), but write out your grand plans and follow them through.
- Create a dream board.
- Create your own life is but a dream video diary.
- Write down a gratitude list: because gratitude turns what you have into enough.
- Detox.
- Come up with a regimen and stick to it.
- Floss.
- Get your molars polished by the dent.
- Buy some perfume, 'cause "a woman who doesn't wear perfume has no future" - Coco Chanel .
- Dress sexily. Hot underwear and one hot little number. Emulate Kim Kardashian for the day.
- Pout with some quality lipstick on. Instagram that ish!
- Plan out what you'll wear this season. Create mood-boards to go along with your visions, like Karla.
- Visit MAC for a glam up consultation. It's free. Just to try out a new look and stuff.
- Wash your hair and add volume to it.
- Treat your tresses to either a fancy chop (to add a bounce to your step), or a magnificent updo, even a colour treat should do. Change your look, it's good for you!
- Try new ways of styling your hair and have good hair day everyday.
- Make a luxury bag purchase.
- Shop online for things you can't afford. Empty cart. Repeat. It's not called retail therapy for nothing. I mean if you can afford the stuff go ahead and splurge darling!
- Go for a haul at Mr Price.
- Wear short shorts, high heels and stunners in spring.
- Make it your life's mission to be drop dead gorgeous everyday. Well at least look decent when you come out the house, because you don't know if you might bump into your future husband... You were warned beauty!
- Expolit Groupon.
- Take on a nail art project.
- Slip many rings onto your fingers.
- Host a clothes swap pajama jammy jammin'.
- Head to Jo Malone for a pamper treat. A hand and arm massage with champers. All free!
- Place your feet in a foot spa.
- Enjoy a bubble bath, (using Radox products if you can get your hands on some). Fitted with a flower headband for 'princessy' headgear, filled champagne glass in hand with some Lindt - a good start to a fabulous evening in.
- Wine and dine to a rom-com. A hearty dish paired off with wine always does the trick for me.
- Lie in. Take a day off work.
- Get an eye mask and block the light out from disturbing your beauty sleep. Sleep really makes you beautiful.
- Watch the sunset.
- Stargaze.
- Go late night swimming in summer in body temp waters.
- Snorkel.
- Come up with a playlist of feel good jams. Listen to them. Michael Bublé's I'm feeling good gets an add please. Go onto 8tracks for pre-loaded mood tracks.
- Go to the beach. Take a walk. Pick shells and pebbles.
- Tune into the sound of the sea.
- Lie on the grass.
- Feel the sun caress your skin and the earth hold you still.
- Snip up flowers from the garden and store in a pretty vase.
- Stare at a flower - You. In the mirror. Say I love you.
- Strut your stuff in heels around people that matter.
- Fall in love.
- Make love.
- Fall asleep in his arms.
- Wake up next to him.
- Hold a hand that belongs to a loving heart.
- Let the rain pour down on you.
- Fall asleep in the open - without a care in the world.
- Sit by a fireplace.
- Make smoores.
- Go to Smooch, Wakaberry, or Marcel's for frozen yoghurt swirls or scoops, possibly topped with any selection of their variety of toppings.
- Enjoy happiness in a can. Coca-Cola Cherry, out on the patio or by the pool - drink up!
- Sip from a sippy cup filled with fruit.
- Pop open a Lipton Ice Tea Raspberry can.
- Stuff a donut into your mouth.
- Indulge in a guilty pleasure. Mine is Mcds... I know you wanna!
- Inhale (drink speedily), some hot chocolate on a chilly day. REAL hot chocolate with créme and mini marshmallows.
- Enjoy a successful recipe turnout.
- Make South African pancakes (they're flatter). Add cinnamon sugar, and lemon or orange juice or zest. Yummy.
- Please bake, it makes a house homely. Cookies and cupcakes are the best!
- Make French toast to golden brown perfection. Enjoy with topping of your choice.
- Snack on a persimmon. Looks like a tomato, tastes like a fruit.
- Breakfast in bed, on the weekend - every weekend.
- Have cereal in the evening.
- Steal a mid-night snack.
- Go for cooking lessons.
- Attend a braai/barbeque/ cookout or full on frat style party.
- Go on a ferry or yacht wearing an over the top hat and sip a cocktail. Wear a kaftan with wedges.
- Help yourself to a fishbowl and drink it like a fish does water.
- Go to the amusement park.
- Party on a rooftop. Go to Sandton Sun, Randlords or Southern Sun in Hyde Park Corner.
- Meet real-cool strangers. So step out of your lair and socialize!
- Play with a toddler or hold an infant.
- Get a pet, or better yet train a few puppies to become guide dogs.
- Have a friend braid your hair and chat like you have rich people problems. "Oh how I hate my life 'cause dad's having us go to Paris again next week!"
- Smile until you laugh.
- Laugh.
- Cry it out!
- Scream!
- Keep calm.
- Laugh at jokes. Watch Spoken Reasons, Trevor Noah, Comedy Central.
- Read up fmls.
- Go to the shops and purchase some magazines; Marie Claire, Elle, Glamour, Women's Health etc. I do this all the time. Get advice, flip through juicy articles and enter competitions. Last time I did this I won a Lacoste fragrance from Marie Claire.
- Go to the movies. Buy everything; popcorn, chocolate, a slush puppy and mini melts. Try a drive-in scene if you can find one.
- Entertain yourself with some trash TV; Jerseylicious, Gossip Girl, Girls, 2 Broke Girls, Basket Ball Wives, Real Housewives of Atlanta, Dineo's Diary, Big Rich anything, Guy Code, and Ridiculousness.
- Perform an entire song in front of your friends like the real Queen B (Beyoncé) would.
- Read good books.
- Go for dancing lessons.
- Learn a new language.
- Learn to play the piano or any other musical instrument.
- Immerse yourself in culture, religion or society. Engage in group activity.
- Plan an around the world virtual trip on STA travel. If you can afford one, go for it.
- Go somewhere, anywhere different.
- Take on a DIY project and create something you'll cherish forever.
- Create a bird house and watch birds feed.
- Go through photo albums. Track your growth. Create a montage of memorable moments. See how much you've grown? See how much you've overcome? You doing ok. Keep going!
- Scrapbook. Join Pinterest, We Heart It, Lookbook, Houzz and Polyvore.
- Make plans for your wedding day.
- Surf the net for blogs and get inspired.
