Jo Malone hearts me

Jo Malone hearts me

I worked for Jo Malone throughout varsity, but never allowed myself to feel like a guest at their Hyde Park home. If you've ever been to Jo Malone, you'd know that it's not just another fragrance boutique but a cosy space full of cheer and laughter. Upon arrival, I was offered a bubbling array of champers, cold thirst quenchers and piping hot comforts. I brought in a mini breakfast meal from Tasha's with me to devour, so I had to decline. Andisiwe, Miss blackboldvoice.blogspot.com, joined me on the day. Our mission was to embrace 'womanity', feign being of Italian descent by abandoning American Dreamin' mode and allow dolce far niente to take over us,and act like we on holiday as if everyday were a Friday.

Palesa. Jo Malone Stylist, pampered us so much, I'm sure that kind of service is illegal. She treated us to a hand and arm treatment using almost the entire Jo Malone range. She helped us create our very own personal fragrances using the new scent in their range which was so fun. The combination she used could be worn all day and or night, throughout summer and winter. I wore Wild Bluebell, Nectarine Blossom & Honey with Peony & Blush Suede. Andy spritzed some Blue Agava & Cacoa (smells just like chocolate with a kick of tequila) with Dark Amber & Gingerlilly.

Simplicity is the ultimate form of sophistication

Zaheera Bhamjee - lady behind #LadyBloggers, being treated to a hand and arm massage.

Bumped into Sahil Harilal, 21, Fashion & Beauty Intern at Marie Claire. Such an edgy look. And that ink - lovely!
