Monthly Fun

Monthly Fun

I dread mid-month because that's normally when I get to experience my share of financial and excruciating physical pain. Primary reason for the occurrence of the first is due to unresolved purchase orders and the latter, the first lady that ever was - Eve.

Thanks to Lilets' Intimate Care Soothing Tummy Rub, it seems as if the physical pain I endure (which only nearly goes away with on the hour use of Gen-payne and Panamor), will now be a thing of the past.

In my Big Jim full of products I'm meant to try, I found this wonder product today. Cynical, I half applied Lilets' promise for period pain relief onto my lower abdomen and back with gentle circular motions. Within what felt like nano-seconds, pained eased. I am so pleased! Lilets' Intimate Care Soothing Tummy Rub has been enriched with healing arnica and soothing lavender extracts to 'help calm and soothe period pains'.
Alternatively, you could try my Koko's all natural remedy. Fondly known as Rata to my family of women and I, the powerful concoction helped heal what felt like oncoming fainting spells caused by the sheer pain of having my monthlies during my teen and varsity years.

Rata

Add lengths of lavender, cloves of garlic, and layers of onion to a bucketful of piping hot water. Let the brew sit for a few moments until it calms to a temperature you can bear. You will not drink the mixture but sit on it when it's ready. The aromatic vapour will help minimize abdominal and back pain associated with period pains.

All good things,
